Wild's Dubnyk waiting on special delivery
Minnesota Wild goaltender Devan Dubnyk told reporters on Thursday that he hopes the stork visits before the team's plane takes off to begin a three-game road trip early next week.
Well, not in those exact words, but the message was conveyed.
Dubnyk is hoping their second son comes tomorrow ("that'd be perfect") & certainly before #mnwild leaves for Denver on Sunday.

Dubnyk's wife is due to give birth to the couple's second son on Friday, one day after the team's game versus the visiting Toronto Maple Leafs and before Saturday's opener of a home-and-home set against the Central Division-rival Colorado Avalanche.

"That'd be perfect," the 29-year-old Dubnyk told Michael Russo of the Minneapolis Star Tribune of welcoming the new addition on Friday.
At the moment, Dubnyk is scheduled to take pictures with fans at Southdale Center Hockey Lodge on Friday from 6-7 p.m.
It remains to be seen if the stork cooperates will everyone's wishes.
