DENTON, Texas (AP) U.S. Olympic bobsledder Johnny Quinn just got a lesson in how to properly break down a door.

The former NFL player drew attention at the Sochi Games for busting through a jammed door in the athlete's village, posting a photo of it on Twitter and calling it a SochiJailBreak.

This week, Quinn joined Denton Police Department tactical officers for training on getting through locked doors. Quinn, who attended North Texas in Denton, used a law enforcement battering ram to break through a door set up for the exercise. Officer Ronny Crain said the key is to hit as close to the knob as possible.

Quinn also received lessons on firing a rifle and handgun. No elevator training, though; Quinn was also stuck for a time in an elevator at Sochi.
