SAN ANTONIO (AP) -- LaMarcus Aldridge had 17 points and 19 rebounds to help the San Antonio Spurs beat the Philadelphia 76ers 92-83 on Saturday night.

The loss was the 76ers' 10th straight to open their season and 20th overall dating back to last season.

Tony Parker scored 16 points and Tim Duncan added 15 for San Antonio, which has won four straight and is 3-0 at home.

Philadelphia rookie center Jahlil Okafor had 21 points and 12 rebounds for his second double-double. Nerlens Noel, returning after a two-game absence due to a sore wrist, was limited to six points and three rebounds.

San Antonio was without Kawhi Leonard and Manu Ginobili, but their absence wasn't felt against a young Philadelphia squad.

The Spurs went on a 10-0 run after Noel banked in the opening shot, with Aldridge and Duncan setting up their younger counterparts. Aldridge opened the run with a layup off a feed from Duncan after sealing off Noel. Duncan closed the burst with a 17-foot jumper ahead of a charging Okafor, who did not see the Spurs veteran drift from the paint.

Okafor scored seven points during a 14-2 run that pulled Philadelphia within 87-83 with three minutes remaining, but the Spurs forced three straight turnovers to seal the victory.
