Anaheim Ducks open 2014-15 season on Prime Ticket

The Anaheim Ducks and Prime Ticket/FOX Sports West announced the club's local television schedule for the 2014-15 NHL regular season.

All 82 regular season games will be televised locally for the fourth consecutive season and fifth time in franchise history.

John Ahlers returns for his 13th season as the Ducks television play-by-play voice, having called 751 regular-season games since joining the club in 2002. An original member of the team (1993-94), Brian Hayward opens his 22nd consecutive season as the Ducks' color analyst, having called 1,236 regular-season games with the franchise. Ahlers and Hayward will return to the broadcast booth for their first telecast of 2014-15 on Sunday, Sept. 28 when Anaheim hosts Los Angeles in the club's penultimate preseason game (4:30 p.m. pre-game show).

"Ducks Live" returns prior to and immediately following all home and road telecasts on Prime Ticket/FOX Sports West. Mark Rogondino will again serve as host, sitting alongside Hayward to offer viewers further analysis. In addition, Kent French returns this season to offer updates and reports before and after each telecast on the regional sports networks.

Additionally, Prime Ticket will deliver the following original Ducks programs this season: "Ducks Live: Season Preview Special" debuts Saturday, Oct. 4; "Ducks Weekly," returning for its second season, will debut Friday, Oct. 17 and "Before the Bigs: Ryan Getzlaf" and "Before the Bigs: Bruce Boudreau" debut dates will be announced later in the season.

Games indicated on the TV scheduled marked KCOP-TV/13 will be produced by FOX Sports West/Prime Ticket.
