Angels' Garrett Richards progressing in recovery, still not cleared to throw

Garrett Richards missed 2016 with a UCL injury.

His first start of the 2017 season, on April 5, ended prematurely after he felt a pinch in his biceps and hasn't pitched since then.

On Friday, Angels GM Billy Eppler provided an update on Richards' recovery.
