Arizona's Scooby Wright heads FOX Sports insider's Top 40 list

At least according to FOXSports.com College Football Insider Bruce Feldman.
That's Wright, Scooby Wright, on top of Feldman's list of college football's 40 best players.
Here's what Feldman had to say in ranking Arizona's middle linebacker ahead of Georgia's Nick Chubb, Ohio State's Joey Bosa and Ezekiel Elliott, TCU's Trevone Boykin and everyone else in the college football universe.
There are probably several guys who NFL folks like more, but nobody made more plays -- or even close to it -- than Two-Star Scooby did last year for the Pac-12 South champs: 163 tackles, 29 tackles for loss, six forced fumbles and 14 sacks. That's staggering.
Chubb was second, Bosa third, Notre Dame tackle Ronnie Stanley fourth and Elliott fifth on Feldman's list -- which is NOT a Heisman Trophy prediction.
A couple other names of interest:
UCLA running back Paul Perkins from Chandler High School -- son of former ASU running back Bruce Perkins and brother of ASU freshman quarterback Bryce Perkins -- is 27th.
The only Pac-12 quarterback on the list is USC's Cody Kessler at 29th.
Arizona State was not represented.
