Updated Mar. 4, 2020 11:17 p.m. ET

Here are some notes, tidbits and stats heading for Saturday's game between the Wisconsin Badgers and Georgia State Panthers:

-- This is the 1st meeting between Wisconsin and Georgia State.

-- Wisconsin has won 36 consecutive home games against nonconference opponents. A 37th straight would break a tie Ohio State (1991-2005) for the sixth-longest such streak in NCAA history (Ole Miss next up with 39, done form 1947-68). The last loss to a nonconference opponent at Camp Randall Stadium was Sept. 13, 2003 vs. UNLV.

-- Georgia State, which has been in FBS since 2010, is 0-3 all-time vs. AP Top 25 opponents, being outscored 169-38.
