The St. Louis Blues have recalled forward Sammy Blais from the American Hockey League's (AHL) San Antonio Rampage under emergency conditions.

Blais, 21, ranks second on the Rampage with 35 points (14 goals, 21 assists) in 35 games this season.

The 6’2, 205-pound forward has also appeared in 11 games for the Blues, recording three points (one goal, two assists). A native of Montmagny, Quebec, Blais was originally drafted by the Blues in the sixth round, 176th overall, of the 2014 NHL Entry Draft.
