Brewers love L.A. -- and the road -- lately

For most teams in Major League Baseball, it's home sweet home. But the way the Milwaukee Brewers have been playing on the road recently and in Los Angeles over the past few years, being at Dodger Stadium might be just the right thing for them heading into the All-Star break.

The Brewers have won seven straight road games, which is tied for second-longest in franchise history.

When it comes to playing in Los Angeles, no team has had more success in recent years than the Brewers.

Brewers 11-4 .733

Phillies 12-9 .571

Since 2012, the Brewers are 8-2 against the Dodgers in Los Angeles and have held L.A. to a paltry 2.8 runs per game in those contests. Milwaukee pitching has held the Dodgers to two or fewer runs in six of those 10 games.

Ryan Braun is probably also glad to be on the road. He's hit much better away from Miller Park this season.
