Bruce Bowen and Kobe Bryant know each other well.
The two shared a court battle or two during their NBA careers, with each winning multiple NBA championships with the Spurs and Lakers, respectively, during that time.
On Monday, Los Angeles will raise both No. 8 and No. 24 to the Staples Center rafters in honor of Bryant, who retired in 2016.
