Bryce Harper on 'Body Issue': 'My body feels pretty unbelievable'
Bryce Harper takes it all off for the ESPN The Magazine's "Body Issue" and he's pretty damn proud.
The Washington Nationals outfielder, who is photographed swinging a bat in the buff for the feature, told ESPN he has trimmed down from 240 pounds to 208 and is at eight-percent body fat these days.
"I'll put the cookies inside the microwave for, like, 12 seconds," he said. "It's got to be 12 seconds. And then I'll grab the ice cream and I'll make an ice cream sandwich. And I mean it's unbelievable. I have my cheat days."
The 22-year-old, though, isn't completely satisfied with his appearance.
"God gave me a great body, but I think my abs could be better than they are."
