Kevin Garnett is hanging it up after 21 NBA seasons.
The future Hall of Famer made the announcement on Friday ... and immediately received well wishes from many across social media.
The Clippers' Chris Paul and coach Doc Rivers ... who was Garnett's coach in Boston from 2007-2013 and won the 2008 NBA championship ... all did their part.
