If the NFL Draft leaves "The City That Never Sleeps," it could move to "The Happiest Place on Earth."

Rumors have been swirling that the NFL may be looking to move the draft from New York City, where it's been held since 1965.

The possible candidates include be a football landmark in Ohio, "The Big Easy," and the stadium with the really big video board, The New York Post's Bart Hubbuch reports

Canton's venue would be the Pro Football Hall of Fame, while Orlando would utilize Disney's Wide World of Sports, Hubbuch reports.

Let's size up the potential contenders:

Canton: If NFL commissioner Roger Goodell were interested in a location chockfull of football history, the site of the league's annual first preseason game would be a strong choice. It's a significantly smaller city than the others mentioned, which would have to be considered a drawback with the NFL's emphasis on drawing megawatts of attention to the event.

Boston: New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is one of the most influential owners in the league and you'd imagine he'd have Goodell's ear if he were involved in the pitch.

New Orleans: "The Big Easy" knows how to throw a party. However, their last try at hosting a major NFL event left many in the dark.

Philadelphia: The fans are certainly passionate. If they weren't afraid to boo Santa Claus or Donovan McNabb on his draft day, you can only imagine their potential reaction for Goodell.

Chicago: How about a little "Super Bowl Shuffle" before the picks are announced? On a night when teams try to lock up their franchise quarterback, it could be fitting to do it in a city where that has been a challenge.

Orlando: For teams who have far-from-fond memories of draft nights in New York City, "The Happiest Place on Earth" might bring welcome good vibes.

L.A.: Even without a team, Los Angeles always seems to come up NFL discussions. The Buzzer's Andy Nesbitt's suggestion of The Hollywood Amphitheater would make for quite the atmosphere.

Dallas: Jerry Jones and the Cowboys, of course, could not be left out of this talk. Jameis Winston or Bryce Petty truly would be larger than life featured on the "Jerry's World" jumbotron.
