Coyotes claim defenseman Connauton from Columbus

The Arizona Coyotes have claimed defenseman Kevin Connauton off waivers from the Columbus Blue Jackets.
The 6-foot-2, 200-pound Connauton has recorded one goal, seven assists and 21 penalty minutes in 27 games this season for the Blue Jackets. A third-round draft pick in 2009 by Vancouver, he has played 125 career games over four seasons for Columbus and the Dallas Stars.
