Timeline: Having missed 10 weeks due to a broken bone in his hand, Perlini is highly likely to return to Niagara for another season.

Did You Know? Perlini was born in England, where his father, Fred, was playing professional hockey as a member of the Guildford Flames. In September 2007, the family moved to Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. ... His older brother, Brett, was selected in the seventh round of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft by the Anaheim Ducks. ... The Coyotes had a trade in place at the 2014 Draft to move down if all eight of the prospects they wanted had been taken. Perlini was the final one on the list.
