The Coyotes have assigned forward Chris Brown to the Portland Pirates, the club's America Hockey League (AHL) affiliate.
The 6-foot-2, 215-pound Brown has appeared in six games with the Coyotes this season, recording 17 penalty minutes. He has recorded 5 goals, 13 assists and plus-10 rating in 24 games with the Pirates.
