NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Tennessee running back DeMarco Murray practiced fully Wednesday for the Titans despite hurting a knee and an arm in a win over Baltimore.

Murray, who also has dealt with hamstring and shoulder issues this season, has missed practice time in recent weeks. The Pro Bowl running back who led the AFC in rushing last season has yet to miss a game for the Titans (5-3) and leads the team in rushing with 391 yards.

"(We) got a lot out of DeMarco today," coach Mike Mularkey said. "I'm not surprised. He's a tough football player."

The Titans rested tight end Delanie Walker, who played last week with a bone bruise in his ankle originally hurt against Cleveland on Oct. 22.

They also held out defensive end Derrick Morgan, who hurt a knee in the win over Baltimore. Wide receiver Eric Decker did not practice due to illness.

Left guard Quinton Spain, who missed last week's game with turf toe, also sat out Wednesday. He might return to practice by Friday.
