Didier Drogba finally reunites with Montréal Impact
After a speculation-filled couple of months, Didier Drogba is finally ready to get back to business with Montréal Impact.
Drogba nearly left the club during the winter to join the backroom staff at Chelsea, but the Ivorian forward opted to see out the remaining year on his contract with MLS and the Impact instead.
The discussions between Drogba and the Impact paved the way for the 37-year-old to carry out the first part of his preparations for the new season on his own before joining up with the rest of the squad.
Drogba eventually linked up with the squad as the Impact landed in St. Petersburg, Florida to continue their preseason exertions.
