Who's the best player heading into this year's NBA Draft?

Well, former Ohio State point guard D'Angelo Russell has an answer.

Himself.

While talking with reporters at the NBA Draft Combine on Friday, Russell was asked why an NBA team should pick him on June 25. Russell's response was quick and to the point.

"I'm the best player in the draft," Russell said.

Russell is expected to be a top-five pick, and many analysts have him as the No. 3 prospect in the 2015 draft class.

It might be tough for Russell to jump the likes of Jahlil Okafor and Karl-Anthony Towns, but you have to love the 19-year-old's confidence.

Last season with the Buckeyes, Russell averaged 19.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, and five assists per game.
