Here's J.J. Watt lifting a 1,000-pound tire

Texans defensive lineman J.J. Watt is a strong individual.

This is common knowledge.

However, when you see him in action, it's still hard to not to be impressed.

Watt shared this video of himself lifting a 1,000-pound tire (30 reps total) on Instagram Friday afternoon.

Yes, that is "Brave" blaring in the background. It seems Watt works out to a little Sara Bareilles, but who would have the guts to mock him for that?
