In NBA.com GM survey, Wiggins voted most likely to have breakout season

The Minnesota Timberwolves may not be predicted as a playoff team in 2015-16, but they've got some of the most talented and intriguing young players, according to an NBA.com survey of league general managers published Tuesday.

This is the 13th year of the survey, which asks general managers 49 different questions about the best teams, players, coaches, offseason moves and more in the NBA. GMs were not allowed to vote for their own team or personnel; the percentages were based on the pool of respondents to a particular question, rather than all 30 decision-makers.

Minnesota turned up in some expected -- and unexpected -- places in the survey. Below are listed the question and response for any section that included someone from the Wolves.
