KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Indiana's Scott May and Purdue's Rick Mount are part of a seven-member class that will be inducted into the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame later this year.
Also entering the Hall of Fame are Wake Forest's Tim Duncan, Gonzaga's John Stockton, Duke's Jay Williams, Winston-Salem State's Cleo Hill, Creighton's Paul Silas and Bo Ryan, who coached Wisconsin, Milwaukee and Wisconsin-Platteville.
The 12th induction class was announced Wednesday. The induction ceremony, held in conjunction with the Hall of Fame Classic, is scheduled for Nov. 19.
May was a standout for the Hoosiers under Bob Knight in the 1970s, shortly after Mount put together a sterling career for rival Purdue.
