'Inside the HEAT: Josh Richardson' premieres March 14 on FOX Sports Sun
MIAMI -- FOX Sports Sun, the regional television home of the Miami HEAT, will debut a new episode of "Inside the HEAT" on March 14 upon conclusion of the Miami vs. Denver Nuggets game. Titled "Josh Richardson," this episode highlights the journey to the NBA for Miami's upstart second-round draft pick.
Join "Inside the HEAT" and host Eric Reid as we spend some time in Josh's hometown of Edmond, Okla., getting to learn more about him and his upbringing. HEAT fans will learn about how growing up in a close knit family shaped his values and contributed to making him a better basketball player. It's all about versatility as Richardson's experience playing all five positions in high school led to a scholarship from the University of Tennessee and four years with the Vols. After graduating with his degree, we discover how he impressed the HEAT and how being picked in the second round changed his life. Richardson explains how his rookie season has been full of learning from his veteran teammates, and how he hopes to continue to shine and grow in the Miami organization.
