J.J. Watt isn't all about football.
The Texans defensive superstar took time out of his schedule on Monday afternoon to surprise 11-year-old Manuel Jimenez in the hospital.
Manuel was injured in a drive-by-shooting in Houston last week. His 6-year-old brother, Moises, was tragically killed in the incident.

Watt did his part to help cheer up Manuel. During his visit, he played video games, autographed a football and posed for pictures with Manuel.
Manuel's mother spoke about how Watt's visit turned her son's spirits around.
