Jameis Winston and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers didn't have their A-game in Indianapolis on Sunday as the Colts won 25-12 in a Bucs effort marred by 12 penalties for 95 yards. At least the rookie quarterback had his leadership abilities sharpened for the showdown.

In video posted by WFLA sports anchor Paul Ryan, Winston is seen teaching a lesson to practice squad member Evan Spencer, a 22-year-old rookie wide receiver out of Ohio State. Watch:

Per an account from someone who saw it unfold, Spencer was jawing with a person in the stands at Lucas Oil Stadium when Winston pulled him away and gave him an adapted version of Tywin Lannister's line in "Game of Thrones." In the show's seventh episode of Season 1, Tywin Lannister instructs Jaime (while skinning a deer): “A lion doesn't concern himself with the opinions of a sheep" (full scene here).
