JJ Redick shoots well but can't crack top 3 in Three-Point Contest
If it's not one Splash Brother, it's the other...
Sounds like something NBA teams have been saying a lot since last season, as the Warriors' combo of Klay Thompson and Steph Curry put on a show at the three-point contest in Toronto finishing first and second, respectively.
Despite @jjredick's hot start he will not be advancing. ?#FootlockerThreehttps://t.co/ZbMSspinSf

As for the Clippers' JJ Redick, he more than atoned for last year's "long two" snafu. Redick came out of the gate hot hitting all five of his first shots and finished tied for third with James Harden and Devin Booker with 20 points after the first.
Despite the hot start, Redick would not make it past the first round once again this year as he was eliminated 12-9 by Booker in the tiebreaker round.
JJ will have to leave NBA All-Star Weekend taking comfort in the fact he's shooting a league high 48-percent from behind the arc when the games actually matter.
