Joey Votto celebrates his birthday with HR, win

One thing is for sure, Joey Votto knows how to treat himself on his birthday.

In Saturday's win over the Pittsburgh Pirates on his 33rd birthday Votto went 4-5 with two singles, a double and his 23rd home run of the season. His home run ended up being the go-ahead score in the top of the 9th as the Pirates answered back with a run of their own in the bottom of the final inning.

This isn't the first time Votto has gone yard on the day of his birth as he moved up the Reds' all-time birthday home run list (Yes, there is such a list) with two right behind Tony Perez.
