Feeling a little blah after an unhealthy weekend?

Well, John Daly is here to make you feel better about your habits.

The 47-year-old pro golfer, who underwent lap-band surgery in 2009, recently opened up to the Guardian about two things that he enjoys every day -- Diet Cokes and cigarettes.

He enjoys them A LOT:

He still smokes -- to the tune of 40-a-day -- but his infamous Diet Coke fondness has been toned down a little. "I still drink that but not nearly as much as I used to," he explains.

"The band won't allow me to drink as many. If I don't have ice, I can't drink it. I can't have it straight because of the carbonation. I have to drink it slowly and not out of a can, I need some ice. I used to have 26-28 cans a day. Now I have 10-12 at the most."

While that might not be the healthiest way to live, Daly hasn't had a sip of alcohol in almost six years, which is great news.

Daly, by the way, will spend Masters week where he always does -- signing autographs and having fun with fans outside of a Hooters in Augusta, Ga.
