Johnson, Dale Jr., Keselowski sound off on ... water bottles

Updated Mar. 4, 2020 3:39 p.m. ET

A caution-causing rogue water bottle was a topic of discussion following Sunday's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

The bottle was spotted by NASCAR officials during a debris caution.

Numerous drivers - including Brad Keselowski, Jimmie Johnson and Dale Earnhardt Jr. - took to Twitter to discuss the incident. According to Keselowski, chucking a bottle out your window is pretty common.

Johnson didn't seem too pleased with the decision to throw the yellow.

Dale Jr. agreed.

We're not exactly sure who the offending drivers were. However, this picture seems to let Landon Cassill off the hook.

Definitely the most talk we've heard about water bottles in ... probably forever.
