Updated Mar. 5, 2020 1:27 a.m. ET

The Kings will take part in a pair of preseason games in Las Vegas' new T-Mobile Arena in October as part of the team's 2016 preseason schedule.

The Kings will be the home team in games vs. the Dallas Stars (Friday, Oct. 7) and the Colorado Avalanche (Saturday, Oct. 8).

Ticket and TV information will be announced at a later date.

"We are excited to be featured in one of the very first sporting events at the new T-Mobile Arena and we look forward to creating new Frozen Fury memories there.  The atmosphere at Frozen Fury is always one of the highlights of our exhibition game schedule and we believe we can take this to a 'next level' in this new environment," said Kings President, Business Operations Luc Robitaille. "Our fans will be excited that there will be two games this season, our 50th Anniversary, and we know they -- along with our players -- are going to love this new state-of-the-art arena."
