LAFC scores four in 2nd half to rally past Impact, 5-3
LAFC finished off it's season-opening six-game road trip with a come from behind victory over the Montreal Impact, 5-3, behind four unanswered second half goals Saturday.
The Impact jumped off to a quick lead, picking up two goals in the first 16 minutes, but LAFC was able to find the back of the net on a free kick from Laurent Ciman that curled into the upper 90. However, Montreal was not finished and Ignacio Piatti completed his first half hat trick to regain the two-goal lead.

Then came the turning point.
In the second half, the Impact defense could not overcome a red card from Victor Cabrera, who was sent off for taking out an LAFC attacker in the box.
Benny Feilhaber got the score rolling quickly with a close range goal early in the second before LAFC capitalized on an own goal by the Impact to tie the game. LAFC then used a PK in the 83' to take the lead and added a dagger in the final minutes to finish off the Impact, 5-3.

With the win, LAFC (4-2) now moves into second place in the Western Conference as the team heads home to debut the newly built Banc of California Stadium vs. the Seattle Sounders Sunday, April 29 at 6:00p.
