Las Vegas, Dover host music festivals on non-NASCAR weekend

With NASCAR hitting the road courses at Sonoma and Road America this weekend, Las Vegas Motor Speedway and Dover International Speedway played host to a pair of music festivals. 

The 1.5-mile Las Vegas Motor Speedway hosted the 18th annual Electric Daisy Carnival within the confines of the track. An electronic music festival, EDC boasts "some of the world's foremost DJs and producers" and some quite unique stage setups.

The Firefly Music Festival took advantage of the land surrounding the one-mile Dover International Speedway, while festival goers were able to camp inside the track. While the list of performers would be too long to include here, the headliners included bands such as The Foo Fighters, Outkast, Weezer, Imagine Dragons and many more.
