Receiver TJ Jones, the Detroit Lions' sixth-round draft pick, is wearing a sling on his right arm following recent shoulder surgery.

Jones originally suffered the injury during Notre Dame's bowl game and then re-aggravated it while working out this offseason with the Lions. He was unable to participate in the team's mandatory mini-camp two weeks ago.

Jones, however, expects to be ready for the regular training camp that opens in late July.

"I don't plan on missing anything," Jones told reporters Tuesday, according to the Detroit News, while attending the NFL Rookie Symposium at the Cleveland Browns' headquarters in Berea, Ohio.
