Matt Shoemaker is back on the mound and it makes us very happy!

It's so darn awesome to see Matt Shoemaker back on the mound!
The Angels' pitcher was involved in a very scary incident last November when his skull was fractured by an 100 MPH line drive.
In retrospect, Shoemaker said he should have caught the ball.

On Thursday in Tempe, Shoemaker took the mound for some Spring Training work.
Entering his fourth season with the club, the right-handed pitcher is now fully recovered and looking to improve on his 9-13 mark in 2016.
