Weber State cut Northern Arizona's lead to 26-20 with 5:47 left in the fourth quarter but two plays into the ensuing drive, Taylor ran for a 61-yard touchdown to stretch it to 33-20 with 5:14 to play. The Lumberjacks' Keith Graham intercepted Jadrian Clark with 1:23 remaining to seal with win.

"I'm very proud of the guys today," NAU coach Jerome Souers said. "They kept battling back. Weber State kept coming back and we continued to answer. Weber State is an outstanding team and we have great respect for them, but today we out-executed them offensively, defensively and in the kicking game."

Clark threw for 302 yards and two touchdowns for the Wildcats (5-4, 4-2).

With the win, Souers became the Big Sky's all-time winningest coach with 112 victories.

"It's humbling, but it's a reflection of the entire program," Souers said. "All the players, coaches and administrators who have come through here, it speaks to everyone. It speaks to the commitment to the program we've been and the one we're becoming."
