NBA Summer League recap: Knicks 83, Bucks 76

The Milwaukee Bucks conclude summer-league play in Las Vegas with a 1-5 record after an 83-76 loss to the New York Knicks on Friday night.

No. 17 overall pick Rashad Vaughn scored a game-high 20 points in the loss.

Kevin Jones added 19 points and eight rebounds, Sean Kilpatrick tallied 16 points and five rebounds and Micheal Eric chimed in with eight points and 12 rebounds for Milwaukee.

Forward Thanasis Antetokounmpo, older brother of the Bucks' Giannis Antetokounmpo, led the Knicks with 17 points on 7-of-7 shooting in 21:27 off the bench on his birthday. Giannis was there to cheer on his brother and the Bucks.

Starting five: The Bucks' starting lineup consisted of Eric, Jones, and Vaughn in the frontcourt, with youngsters Jorge Gutierrez and Kilpatrick in the backcourt.

In attendance: Jabari Parker and Tyler Ennis attended to support the squad. Parker was seen taking photos at the sidelines. Ennis gave away his Jordans, splitting up the pair and signing them for two lucky young fans in the crowd.

Stat corner: Milwaukee was outscored 46-36 in the paint and committed 16 turnovers to the Knicks' 11. The Bucks did take full advantage of charity, though, knocking down 19 of 22 free throws.  . . . Milwaukee played just three players off the bench: Durand Scott, Viacheslav Kravstov and McKenzie Moore.
