As the frigid air sweeps across most of the country, week 15 of the NFL season has arrived.  It is now 0 degrees where I live, and I live further south than most of the country.  Today is going to be a day to get a fire going, grab a blanket, and watch some football played in frigid, frigid temperatures.  These are some of the best football days of the season.  As fun as it is to watch games played in the cold, it makes it challenging to come up with an NFL FanDuel cash game lineup for week 15.

For my cash games this week I went with players in games with a higher expected total score and those also happened to be games where weather will not be a factor.  I am being a bit risky in a couple of positions, but I think this is a good week to see that risk pay off.  Let’s take a look and see how this weeks cash game lineup ended up for me.

Once again I found myself paying up for running back this week.  I missed out on Lev Bell last week in my NFL FanDuel cash game, but I will not make the same mistake this week.  I know it may seem like I’m chasing points, but I think he will still get us where we need to this week going against the Cincinnati Bengals who have been ran on quite often this season.  The Steelers are hitting their stride now and I think that continues this week.

I’m rolling with Joe Flacco today.  He has attempted 35 or more passes in all but 2 games this season and he gets an Eagles team that has given up a lot of points to opposing QB’s on the road.  The Ravens are still fighting for their playoff lives and I think they come out gunning today.  At his price and volume he should get us to 15 points today to reach value.

Like I said I’m paying up for running back again today.  Bell and Elliott are my guys.  I could have easily fit David Johnson and could regret that later today, but I think Bell and Zeke will be the backs to have today and I will have plenty of them in both my cash and tournament lineups.

Because I paid up at running back, I had to save some NFL FanDuel money on my wide receivers.  T.Y. Hilton has a tough matchup against the Vikings, but he is going to have a ton of volume with Moncrief out for Indianapolis.  I think the Colts will have to throw a ton today and Hilton usually finds a way to get his.  I paired him up with Stefon Diggs.

I know Peterson comes back today but he is playing his first game since week 2.  Diggs will still be involved in the offense today and he gets a good matchup against the Colts defense.  Michael Crabtree rounds out my wide receivers.  He is heading south to San Diego and has a good matchup today.  This game has a high total and Crabtree should see plenty of action in what could be the highest scoring game today.

Dan Bailey gets the call at kicker.  He gets Tampa Bay and I think he will be good for 10 points tonight in what could be the game of the week.  At defense the Baltimore Ravens get the call for me today.  The Eagles are banged up at running back, and haven’t really lit it up through the air lately.  The Ravens are at home and I think they come out and make a statement today to keep their playoff hopes alive.  Good Luck today and stay warm!
