For Ohio residents, the enemy wears maize and blue and pleated khakis.

Of course that's first-year University of Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh, who patrols the sideline wearing pleated khaki pants from Wal-Mart valued at approximately $8.00 (more like $7.27 on Black Friday).
