San Diego Buzz: Chargers host Bears on Monday Night Football
With key injuries in abundance this season for the San Diego Chargers (2-6), things haven't been easy for quarterback Philip Rivers despite him leading the league in passing heading into Week 9. The Chicago Bears (2-5), who visit the Bolts on Monday night, have the fourth ranked defense in terms of passing yards allowed, but have struggled in closing out games as of late. And while the Chargers have been dealing with injuries all season, the Bears look like they'll be without Matt Forte and Eddie Royal for some time.
Rivers, speaking to the media on Wednesday, said it is going to take a group effort to replace Allen.
The San Diego State Aztecs are seven days from opening their season and will look to earn their seventh straight NCAA Tournament berth and ninth overall under Steve Fisher. Check out the season preview here.
A quick message to all thieves out there, don't steal from Serena Willams.
