Serial mascot hater Robin Lopez scuffles with Chuck the Condor

Before the Clippers took on the Knicks on Friday, new Clippers' mascot Chuck the Condor learned a valuable lesson: Robin Lopez is no fan of mascots.

Chuck made the mistake of messing with Lopez at midcourt while the Knicks' big man was getting loose and paid the price.

Of course this isn't the first time Lopez has gotten physical with a team's mascot.

It's a good thing Chuck had that helmet on. Like Clippers analyst Don MacClean said, it may have saved the mascot's life.
