Steen to return to Blues' lineup Tuesday vs. Avalanche

ST. LOUIS -- The St. Louis Blues haven't been struggling without him -- indeed, they've risen to the top of the Western Conference standings and are riding a four-game win streak in which they haven't allowed a goal -- but the return of forward Alexander Steen is just more good news.

Steen has been out since Feb. 20, when he suffered an upper-body injury against Arizona. He has been skating with the team at practice in recent weeks, and according to Chris Pinkert of the Blues, he skated Monday with the line of David Backes and Patrik Berglund.

Despite missing the last 15 games, Steen ranks second on the team with 47 points (17 goals, 30 assists). The Blues have gone 10-5 during his absence, including 10 wins in their last 12 games.
