SAN DIEGO (AP) -- Cole Hamels of the Texas Rangers pitched a scoreless third inning in the All-Star Game in his hometown several hours after receiving eight stitches in his chin.
FOX Sports reported that Hamels needed the stitches after tripping coming out of the bathroom at 5 a.m. Tuesday.
