Take a shooting lesson from Jamal Crawford

"I feel like I can get any shot I want."

That's how the Clippers Jamal Crawford begins his fantastic piece on "Shot Creators" for the Players' Tribune. And for a guy that's averaged 15.5 points a game primarily coming off the bench in his career, not to mention two Sixth Man of the Year awards, it's hard not to believe him.

If you ever wanted a masterclass in NBA shot creation, Crawford's clinical break down of shooting is the equivalent of going over floor plans with an architect.

Taking himself out of the equation -- and his Clippers teammates out of fairness -- Crawford lists seven current NBA players he feels are the best at creating their own shot no matter what the defense is giving them. And goes on to dissect what each of them does best in creating their shot.

Guys like Kobe Bryant, about whom Crawford had this to say:

Or Kevin Durant, a player he writes has "little-man skills in a seven-footer."

Crawford even sneaks in a reference to teammate JJ Redick when talking about reigning NBA MVP Steph Curry:

Of course, Redick is having the best season of his career and is shooting lights out from behind the line. So you can forgive him for the shoutout to a teammate.
