Texas Rangers Holiday Marathon: Top 10 games from 2015 season

FOX Sports Southwest celebrates the holiday season with a special gift for Texas Rangers fans looking to relive the 2015 A.L. West title season.

Beginning on Christmas Eve, FOX Sports Southwest will show condensed one-hour replays of the team's Top 10 games from the 2015 season with commentary by A.L. Manager of the Year Jeff Banister.

The Holiday marathon will run on Thursday, Dec. 24 and Friday, Dec. 25 and will count down the season's top games from No. 10 to No. 1. The top two also will be replayed on Saturday, Dec. 26 and top five on Friday, Jan. 1.

Among the games featured in the countdown are the final day of the regular season when the Rangers clinched the A.L. West title, Adrian Beltre hitting his third career cycle, Joey Gallo's major league debut, Colby Lewis flirting with a perfect game, and three walk-off wins that helped the club win its sixth division title.

No. 10: Hamilton's Walk-Off Single (July 30 vs. New York Yankees) Dec. 24, 1:00 p.m.

Josh Hamilton's two-out, ninth-inning single sparks Rangers to 7-6 walk-off win.

No. 9: Eight run 11th Inning Outburst (Aug. 8 at Seattle) Dec. 24, 2:00 p.m.

Offense erupts with eight runs in 11th inning, including a two-run homer by Prince Fielder, after Shawn Tolleson pitches out of a huge jam in the 10th inning in an 11-3 victory.

No. 8: Choo Hits For Cycle (July 21 at Colorado) Dec. 24, 3:00 p.m.

Shin Soo Choo hits a leadoff triple in the ninth inning to complete the eighth cycle in Rangers history. Choo had an RBI double in the second, a solo home run in the fourth and a single in the fifth before capping the memorable performance in his final at bat in 9-0 rout of the Rockies.

No. 7: Lewis Flirts With Perfection (Sept. 11 vs. Oakland) Dec. 24, 7:00 p.m.

Colby Lewis takes a perfect game into the eighth inning before Danny Valencia doubles on the second pitch of the inning to spoil his chance at perfection. Lewis finishes with a two-hit, 4-0 win over the A's for his third career shutout.

No. 6: Hamilton's Walk-Off Double (May 31 vs. Boston) Dec. 24, 8:00 p.m.

In his first series back in Texas since rejoining the Rangers, Josh Hamilton hits a pinch-hit, tworun double with two outs in the bottom of the ninth inning to lift the Rangers to a 4-3 victory over the Red Sox and move the club over .500 for the first time in nearly a year. Manager Jeff Banister didn't see the walk-off after getting ejected in the top of the ninth inning.

No. 5: Gallo's Major League Debut (June 2 vs. Chicago White Sox) Dec. 25, 7:00 p.m. / Jan. 1, Noon

Heralded prospect Joey Gallo bursts onto the major leagues in grand style, going 3-for-4 with a 430-foot home run and 4 RBIs in his MLB debut during a 15-2 victory.

No. 4: Beltre's Third Career Cycle (Aug. 3 vs. Houston) Dec. 25, 8:00 p.m. / Jan. 1, 1:00 p.m.

Adrian Beltre homers in his fourth at-bat in the fifth inning to complete his third career cycle, becoming the first player since the 1930s to accomplish the feat. Beltre hit a two-run triple in the first inning, a double in the second and a single in the third in a wild 12-9 victory over AL Westleading Houston.

No. 3: Odor-Conger Dust-Up (July 18 at Houston) Dec. 25, 9:00 p.m. / Jan. 1, 2:00 p.m.

The Rangers' intrastate rivalry with Houston intensifies as both benches clear after Rougned Odor and Astros catcher Hank Conger exchange words at the plate in the ninth inning before Odor's triple ignites a two-run inning in a 7-6 win.

No. 2: Moreland's SF Puts Rangers in First (Sept. 15 vs. Houston) Dec. 25, 10:00 p.m. /Dec. 26, 7:00 a.m. / Jan. 1, 3:00 p.m.

Mitch Moreland's sacrifice fly in the bottom of the ninth inning scores Drew Stubbs for a 6-5 win over the Astros, giving Texas sole possession of first place in the A.L. West by a half-game over Houston.

No. 1: Rangers Clinch A.L. West (Oct. 4 vs. Los Angeles Angels) Dec. 25, 11:00 p.m. / Dec. 26, 8:00 a.m. / Jan. 1, 4:00 p.m.

On the last day of the regular season, the Rangers clinch the A.L. West title with a 9-2 win over the Angels highlighted by Cole Hamels' three-hitter and Adrian Beltre's go-ahead homer.
