Byron Buxton is back.
The Minnesota Twins reinstated their speedy center fielder Tuesday following a stint on the 10-day disabled list and a three-game rehab assignment with the Triple-A Rochester Red Wings.
Buxton had five hits, a walk and a home run in 12 at-bats during his brief return to Triple-A.
The second overall pick in the 2012 draft, Buxton is hitting just .218/.292/.311 this season, but ranks third in the majors in defensive WAR with 2.02.

Gee spent six seasons with the New York Mets, before opting out of his contract in 2015.
He spent the 2016 season with the Kansas City Royals, before making a handful of appearances for the Texas Rangers earlier this year.
