Tyrann Mathieu sends tweet offering to help Johnny Manziel

With Johnny Manziel's situation taking a dark and dangerous turn on Friday, one NFL star wants to help the controversial quarterback.
Shortly after it became public that Manizel's father is worried about him making it to his 24th birthday next December and that the family has tried unsuccessfully to twice get Manizel to rehab this week, Cardinals safety Tyrann Mathieu sent this tweet.

Mathieu admitted that he once considered suicide following his arrest for marijuana possession in 2012. This came after Mathieu was kicked off LSU's football team for failed drug tests.
Mathieu had this to say on the NFL Network about Josh Gordon in 2014 after the Browns receiver was going through is own struggles:
