Lote Tuqiri scored a try in the 68th minute and flyhalf Kurtley Beale converted from the touchline to give New South Wales a 13-13 draw with the Stormers on Saturday that left both in position to claim semifinal berths with one round remaining in the Super 14.
New South Wales slipped from second to third with 39 points, one behind Wellington, while Stormers remained in fourth. However, the South African side saw its two-point cushion evaporate, caught on 37 points by Sharks.
