How does J.J. Watt get hyped up before a workout?
He imitates the famous characters from "Saturday Night Live" and classic comedy films.
The Texans defensive end takes on Chris Farley's hilarious "SNL" motivational speaker Matt Foley. He goes all Christopher Walken and asks for more cowbell. Watt even channels his inner Will Ferrell/Frank the Tank and shouts out, "YOU'RE MY BOY, BLUE!" in homage to the famous "Old School" line.
Nothing like an "SNL" line or three to pump (clap) him up. And then after all that, it's time to work out.
