FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Will I be able to stream Ducks games this season?

Yes. If you are a customer of a participating pay-TV provider, you will be able to stream Prime Ticket or FOX Sports San Diego's Ducks telecasts on FOX Sports GO.
 
Can I stream Ducks telecasts starting Opening Night?  

Yes. You will also be able to stream:
- Ducks preseason games on 10/2 and 10/9 that air on Prime Ticket / FOX Sports San Diego
- Ducks games on KCOP-TV

You can stream Ducks telecasts on FOX Sports GO assuming you are a customer of a participating pay-TV provider and receive Prime Ticket or FOX Sports San Diego as part of your video subscription.  


How will it work and how much will it cost?

If a Ducks game is being televised on Prime Ticket / FOX Sports San Diego, it will also be available on FOX Sports GO. To stream games, users will need to verify their credentials by Signing In with their pay-TV provider's User ID and Password. There is no additional charge to use FOX Sports GO.
 
How can I access FOX Sports GO?

FOX Sports GO is currently available for iOS, Apple TV, Android, Android TV, Chromecast, Fire tablets and Fire phones, Roku players and Roku TV, select Windows devices, and online at FOXSportsGO.com. FOX Sports GO is an extension of your pay-TV service that you get at home. FOX Sports GO allows viewers to watch on best available screen-- at home or on the go.

What if my pay-TV provider is not listed or supported?

We're working all the time to add new TV providers. Contact your TV provider and let them know you want FOX Sports GO.
 
What if I don't have my pay-TV provider credentials or I forgot them?

Contact your pay-TV provider to retrieve your username and password.
