The Minnesota Wild activated forward Tyler Graovac from injured reserve Saturday and assigned him to Iowa of the American Hockey League.

Graovac was injured in the Wild's season-opening 5-4 win at Colorado on Oct. 8 and underwent successful bilateral core muscle repair surgery on Nov. 3. He made his NHL debut with Minnesota on Dec. 29, 2014 and has played in four NHL games overall.

Graovac recorded 21 goals and 46 points with 26 penalty minutes in 73 games with Iowa last season. He led the team in goals, power-play goals (nine), game-winning goals (four), scoring and shots on goal (193) and ranked second in assists.
